Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, payments made to NG ONE Advisory are generally
non-refundable once the service has been made available or delivered.
By purchasing a consulting or subscription service, the client acknowledges that access to professional advisory support constitutes provision of the service.
2. Subscription Services
Subscription payments grant access to ongoing advisory services for the selected billing period.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the payment provider’s platform. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but
does not entitle the client to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
3. One-Time or Custom Consulting Engagements
Payments made for customized, extended, or project-based consulting engagements are
non-refundable once the scope of work has been agreed and the service has commenced.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in
exceptional cases, such as:
- duplicate charges
- technical errors
- payment processor mistakes
Refunds in such cases will be issued
only at the discretion of NG ONE Advisory.
Any approved refund will be processed using the
original payment method.
5. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). NG ONE Advisory does
not store payment card details and is not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment processors.
